MeatMasters Ghana Limited is a wholly Ghanaian-owned company specializing in the Processing, Packaging, and Distribution of Livestock Products, both nationwide and internationally.We provide high-quality meat products certified by the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA), Halal, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and ISO 22000:2018. Our range includes chicken, turkey, duck, sheep, goat, pork, and beef.

MeatMasters Ghana Limited operates slaughter lines with the capacity to process 600 cows, 6,000 birds (chicken, turkey, or duck), 1,500 goats, 1,500 sheep, and 900 pigs every 24 hours.

At MeatMasters Ghana Limited, we leave nothing to waste. Our rendering plant grinds animal by-products into animal feed and manure for farmers. Additionally, waste animal fat or oil from the rendering plant is extracted for industrial or cooking oil. We also extract the bile and gallbladders of cows for sale to stakeholders in that industry.

Our leather processing plant transforms the hides of sheep, goats, and cows into high-quality leather, supplying the leather industry for the production of shoes, bags, belts, and other leather products.

MeatMasters Ghana Limited is not involved in livestock production. Instead, we empower farmers by purchasing from them, encouraging large-scale production, increasing sales, and creating more employment opportunities for the youth of Ghana. Undoubtedly, this initiative brings significant advancements to the agricultural industry in terms of livestock production and healthy meat processing, both domestically and internationally.

Terry Komla Kwakuyi

THE VISSIONARY

Terry Komla Kwakuyi founded MeatMasters Ghana Limited in 2005 to provide high-quality meat products to Ghana and the West African region. With expertise in livestock management and business, he expanded the company into meat processing, packaging, and distribution, including exports. MeatMasters has set industry benchmarks in quality and food safety while creating over 2,000 direct jobs and many more indirectly. Terry has introduced modern processing technologies and built strong partnerships. His leadership focuses on innovation, market expansion, product diversification, and enhancing food safety standards. Eric Komla Kwakuyi

Designer

Eric Komla Kwakuyi is a seasoned logistics and operations leader with over 20 years of experience across the United Nations and international organizations. Known for excellence in complex logistics and security management, he has led mission-critical operations, including logistics support for the UN Mission in Mali and security coordination during crises. Eric holds a BSc in Business Administration, an MSc in Security and Justice Administration, and certifications in project management and security risk. Fluent in English and French, he combines strategic insight and international expertise, making him a valuable asset in navigating complex business challenges. His leadership is defined by precision, responsibility, and a dedication to team empowerment and growth.

Sylvia Adjoa Lawson

Designer

Sylvia Adjoa Lawson, a Ghanaian Chartered Accountant with 26 years of experience, began her finance career in 1998 at KPMG. She holds an MBA from the University of Wales, UK, and is a Fellow of the ACCA and a Member of ICAG. Her expertise spans industries like Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, and Aviation. A "Serial Entrepreneur," Sylvia founded Bobblz Laundry Services and TM Accent Ltd. after transitioning to entrepreneurship in 2018. As a top leader in Longrich Bioscience International’s Ghana team, she promotes financial independence through network marketing. She also founded The Sylvia Lawson Foundation, which fights period poverty in Ghana by providing menstrual hygiene education and free sanitary pads to girls in underserved communities.

Sheila Anima Kwakuyi

Architect

Sheila Anima Kwakuyi is a Ghanaian health professional, registered emergency nurse, and healthcare administrator. She serves as a Director at MeatMasters Ghana Ltd and has extensive experience in healthcare delivery across Ghana. She also worked as an International Nurse with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS). Sheila holds a B.Sc. in Emergency Nursing from KNUST, with certifications in emergency nursing, humanitarian assistance, and global health. Known for her expertise in emergency care and healthcare management, she has led programs for vulnerable populations and contributed to global health initiatives. She is affiliated with the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwifery Council (GRNMC).

Alphonse

Artist

Alphonse is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and a Ghana Stock Exchange-certified investment advisor with over 13 years of experience in industry, public accounting, and nonprofits. He previously led finance, accounting, and investment functions at People’s Pension Trust Ltd and Lifeline Asset Management Ltd, overseeing financial reporting and regulatory compliance. He has held key roles at Iako Consult Chartered Accountants and Gold Coast Securities Ltd, specializing in audits, taxation, investment monitoring, and treasury management. Alphonse holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and has training in compliance, data analytics, and nutrition with Ayurvedic principles. He is currently training under the Traditional Medical Practitioners Council (TMPC).
